RMOS Kiosk a’ la carte system properties
Restaurant recognition,
the name of the restaurant, the logo, the time of opening and closing and if you
want you can enter the days when its closed. For each restaurant a another menu.
You can use it on different languages. Report: card data (customer data like room
number), can be looked. The capacity of the restaurants can be looked and if there
is not empty place, you will be warned by the system. So you can use the program how you want it. The parameters will be in your hands so you can changed it when
you want.
Reserve application
The customer can decide
himself in which restaurant he wants to make a reservation he can also decide the
time. In the Frontpage the customer can make a choose which language he wants, after
that you must show your card to the screen i’ ts a touch screen systeem so after
showing your card the days (when you can make a reservation) will be on the screen.
The customers who are not VIP can reserve a spot for that day and the day afterwards.
If you touch a restaurant on the screen the menu of that restaurant will be shown.
İf you go next you can typ the arrival time and the number of persons. After you
finish you reservation, you can print a paper as proof.
Magnetic and Smart card recognition
You can make a reservation
with the guest card to (who is been given by the reception). The room card and the
Ala cart system will be on one card. The system checks also arrival and departure
times of the guest card.
