The check-in reservation can be checked on blocked or non-blocked from one screen (reservations, groups, walk-in) and with one touch of a button it can be modifyed.
Canceling a blocked reservation and give a new room number can be done from the check-in procedures.
You can control all the stay from one screen, search/find customers, access room information, blocked and cancelled things, daily currency`s & room defects. When a room has defects, the technic service will be updated or the housekeeping department for cleaning up the room. This all and many more can be controlled from just one screen.
On the program you can control all the rooms from just one screen with “room rack”. The rooms will be rated by colours so you can easely see wich rooms are full, empty, defect, check out, check in & rooms with message. Room Rack also provides customer check-in & check-out and payments.
Staying time can be customized or adepted, and detail information of the customers can be shown. Special services to customers, message entrance, customers who`s birthday is they rooms will be by colour rated. Like all these things the program has many more options.
On the customer information part you can find all the information you need like; room number rated by name or surname, agency, check-in date, check-out date, according to situation, course denims, extanding stay, pro forma, hostel & sorted by group.
The technic service department will receive a list of defected rooms, the program will update automaticly so the rooms who are defected will not be able to book. It will also provide a report based on a yearly report of defected rooms.
The customer consume and check-out bill paymentspart will be done in the “Front Paydesk” department. Front paydesk can connect (if needed) the reception department for updates or other procedures. RMOS Front paydesk program has a good structure & easy to work with. With the option extended report your control will be maximumed. According to the users they can connect and see the departments.
Currancy procedures and daily exchanges for the customers will reported into sub reports. Check payment check-in`s and departmen reports; used P.O.S. system (Sale point) except the customers can directly do theire payments by the front desk. Sale point checks and manual checks relating you can acces the information from every sale point, make a report, all the incomes of the hotel in a detail report.

Front pay-desk

With this programme you can see all the data of your customers. You can calculate all details about the rooms, You can change things in acounts of the customers, you can open more accounts for one room, the customers who lefts the hotel on that day will be seen on the screen, you can check-out the customers who stay in doublerooms with one click, if the payments have been done the customers can be checked-out.
Invoice and current accounts transfer: in the meantime, if there is a problem with a customer about his payment, you can calculate extra invoices, accounts for customers of a agency can be calculated, summary invoice, on this programme you have Standard invoice models but another designs to, so you can do many things with program.

RMOS Front Office is automatic connected with Phone interface, so if the customer calls from his room to outside that amount will be automatically brought in his bill.
If your hotel responding it, you can put the costs of the minibar to the customers bill automatic with the phone.
If a customer checks-in the phone in that room makes a automatic connection with the external line, if he checks-out the external line will be closed.

House Keeping

With RMOS House Keeping programme you can control all the house keeping activitys.
On the rack screen you can see all the rooms. Room situation (empty clean, empty dirty, check-in room, check-out room, full cleaned, full must be cleaned, defect room) is expressed with another colors. With this screen you can see the situation of the rooms.
The rooms on the rack screen have reports to if its needed.
The phone in the rooms can be used to report the situation of the rooms.
This complete system cooperates with RMOS Front Office. The employees who works with Front Office can see all the situation of the rooms.
